Citywide Homes LLC is a residential home remodeling business located in central CT. Our main business is residential home remodeling for local clients, but we also are involved with real estate buying, selling, rehabbing, and rental holding.
We are great at updating neglected homes, and specialize everything from small handyman tasks, to large whole-home renovations. We are comfortable working on any style of home, and at any price point.
When it comes to investment properties, we specialize in single and multi-family flips, and also the holding of multi-family rental properties. We also do property management and maintenance for rental properties. The typical home we deal with is located within a 30 minute drive of South Windsor, CT, but we are always willing to go further for the right deal.
Citywide Homes is the creation of John Dziadul, who has been in the building trades since the age of 15. He bought his first rehab home when he was 20, and has been working in different facets of the remodeling and real estate businesses ever since. He lives in the Kelly Rd/ Avery St neighborhood of South Windsor with his wife Susan, and his 4 children Olivia, Lucy, Fiona and Jack.
